On receiving YOUR email address we shall forward
the contract already signed with the German Buyer Mr Schmidt.
The Seller has to consider complying to as many clauses therein.

Suggestions from the Seller are welcome for
possible consideration by us and Mr Schmidt.

Points to be noted / Clarified by the Seller :

Which of the following 8 possible POP documents will be provided by the Seller

AND

Within how many banking days
will the respective POP documents be forwarded Bank to Bank
after the Non-Operative LC is issued
and received by seller's bank ?

on the letter head of an Independent Inspection Agency
such as SGS or that of the refinery or whose letter-head ?

"Quantity of the product" document
Will it be
on the letter head of an Independent Inspection Agency
such as SGS or that of the refinery or whose letter-head ?

"location of storage" document
On what Letter-head will it be ?
Will it include a statement of stocks in the warehouse
- in this case if not 1.2 million MT ? How much ?

(d )
NAME OF THE FIRST VESSEL BEING CHARTERED

(e )
LAY-CAN FOR THE FIRST VESSEL

(f ) CONFIRMATION FROM THE LOAD-PORT IN RESPECT OF
THE CARGO AND THE NAMED VESSEL;

(g) WAREHOUSE-STORAGE SITE INFORMATION.

(h) THE REFINERYS ALLOCATION LETTER;

(i) GOVERNMENT AUTHORITY PERMISSION TO EXPORT, ETC.
TO ENABLE FULL VERIFICATION OF THE POP DOCUMENtS
BY THE LC APPLICANT BUYER
BEFORE THE DLC IS MADE OPERATIVE ?
